This online session is part of the ITSS WinterFest 2026 programme; open to technical staff working in Higher Education and Research Institutions in the UK.

This small group workshop is an opportunity for technicians to have their CV reviewed and to share insights and ideas with other technical professionals.

Important: Technicians must have an up-to-date CV to attend the workshop and be prepared to share it with a small group of up to 10 people. If you don’t currently have a CV you can use this guidance to create one. Once your CV is up-to-date please email it to sarah.allen@itss.org.uk 48 hours before the session.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Identify best practice for your CV

• Receive feedback on your CV

• Identify appropriate improvements for your CV
