This workshop will refresh your understanding of the basic principles and unlock some new concepts for you to apply to your technical workplace. You will also leave the workshop with experience of a new project management tool: the PDCA cycle (Plan Do Check Act). The workshop will also describe how the more extensive TALENT Project Management programme helps in the technical workplace and how it fits with your other experiences and training.
